Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien: Kochherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Pfannen, Geschirr und vieles mehr. Das Badezimmer hat ein WC, Dusche und Haartrockner. Im Preis sind folgende Services inbegriffen: Wi-Fi Internet, TV mit internationalen Kanälen, Bettwäsche und Hand- und Badetücher. Das Studio Apartment befindet sich an der Tribschenstrasse. Die Strasse liegt in einem beliebten Wohnquartier (Tribschen-Langensand) und bietet in nächster Umgebung diverse Freizeit- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an. Im gleichen Gebäude wie die „Station Apartments“ befindet sich das Restaurant Elios, welches Pizza, Risotto, Pasta und weitere Gerichte anbietet. In der Nähe befinden sich zudem unter anderem das Restaurant Grottino 2323, das Prizzi Ristorante oder die Bar Peperoncini. Von der Haltestelle Luzern, Werkhofstrasse bringen Sie diverse Busse in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof Luzern, in die Altstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für Buchungen, die länger als 30 Tage dauern, wird eine Anzahlung von CHF 2000.00 fällig. Die Endreinigungsgebühr beträgt CHF 200.00.
