In 20 minuti si arriva a Roveredo,Il sole arriva tutti i giorni dell' anno, la fermata del bus è a 1 minuto di distanza e ci sono più di un ristorante/bar.L' affitto ammonta a 1290 fr +100 per il posteggio adiacente alla casa.
