The kitchen and the bathrooms are common. Rooms have access to the balcony with a nice view. All ancillary costs like electricity, heating and Wireless LAN is included in the rent. Cleaning service every two weeks is also included in the rent. The residents are usually young employees of companies in Baden, doing internship in Alstom / ABB or are studying in PSI, ETH or University in Zurich.
